Second, we invite you for an interview at our office. Prior to making the final decision, we give you a technical task to check your knowledge in related fields.

Stage 1: Selection

Once we publish and communicate the position, candidates apply via e-mail. After the application period, all applicants are carefully reviewed and considered. We compare applicant’s qualifications and experience with the requirements of the position.

Stage 2: Sreening

This is the stage where we do the initial screening to pre-qualify candidates and shortlist ones who'll proceed to the next stage. You'll receive a quick 15-20 minute assessment test over the email, which you'll have to complete by the indicated deadline. If you'll score above minimum requirement, you'll be advanced to the next stage of the process.

Stage 3: Interviews

This is the stage when we get to know you! First, we ask you a number of competency-specific questions. But we also want to get to know you as a person. So don’t be surprised when we ask you about your favorite books and TV series or how you spend your spare time.

Stage 4: Technical Assignment

The interesting part – this is when you get to show your talent and work your magic! First, make sure to express your skills, enthusiasm, and attitude. At the same time, technical knowledge is important. But, we also value determination creative thinking, and perseverance.

Stage 5: Extending Offer

If your application is successful we'll extend an offer with detailed terms of the employment. You can review and accept, after which you become part of the Singular family!

Stage 6: Onboarding
